There are many opera house venues around the world. Especially, in the countries that have contributed to the creation of this magnificent form of art or have been its actual birthplace, one can find some miracles of architecture hosting the divine sounds. Many such places can be found in Italy, the traditional mother of opera.
The Teatro Comunale Opera House is considered to be one of the most important theatres in Italy and among one of the oldest. It can be found in the traditional central area of the city and is thought to be a classic example of 18th century baroque architecture. In this particular venue one can listen to opera, music and symphony performances. Another example is the famous Teatro Regio di Parma, which has been around since 1829. It is an opera house of neoclassical style, rather majestic and impressive. It hosts opera, dance and theatre performances as well as concerts and special events. A lot can be said about the Teatro Verdi in Pisa. It is thought to be one of the most beautiful venues in central Italy.
